Its been raining every freakin' weekend here for what seems like months now - I have been to the beach exactly 3 hours this summer - ughhh!
Knowing it was going to rain....and it did.... we went to see the Fioritura di Castelluccio - when the great plain goes into bloom, boasting lentil flowers, wild flowers, and if your lucky (like us) wild mushrooms! We found a nice crop of Puffballs which grow in giant arcs or circles - so their friends are easy to find too!
